It has been said that “big dreams have small beginnings”. And this year, though we may be starting small, we have big dreams for the students and families who are a part of our schoolhouse.
On August 20 we held an Open House for our enrolled students and their families and our board members at Juneberry Hill Schoolhouse. Families had the chance to meet with our teacher, greet one another, talk to board members, check out the schoolhouse, and just spend time together.
The students all help plant a Redbud tree at the edge of the playground together.
And Scott, one of our board members, led us in a prayer of dedication for the schoolhouse and for the upcoming year.
Even though our beginning may be small, we believe it will be a mighty big year for all of us.
